wreSTL programming is rooted in the 7 Basic Skills of Wrestling where we focus on fundamental skills and athletic conditioning. The wreSTL membership year runs Sept. 1 – August 31, on a 10 month programming schedule. The youngest wrestlers can participate in mini GOATs, grade school to high school kids can join the Big Kids program and we will now be offering Old GOAT Wrestling for 18 or older.
mini GOATs are ages 4-8 years old :: Big Kids are 8-17 years old. :: Old GOATs are 18+
Registration for mini GOATs preseason and Girls Only at Cherokee Rec is closed.

wreSTL will have a FREE Girls Only Beginner Wrestling program at the Cherokee Rec Center.
You do not need to be a city resident to participate. This is a FREE program, and will include shoes, t-shirt, singlet, sports bra and USA Wrestling membership! Registration is through the City Rec Desk.
